When I set the jumpers to 5,6 to limit the speed of the Sata to it now appears in the Raid Bios, and in the start-up script, but i cannot do anything as there is a notice in “The number of disks in not adequate to create a raid!!! I assume you are using xp 32bit so download and extract the files. The motherboard doesn’t have the SATA xata enabled. Hi mate, thanks for your reply much appreciated. There are only two methods of loading a sata driver in xp or win2k; 1 Load from a floppy 2 Slipstream the drivers into a custom install CD.
Have a floppy in the drive.

When i ssata the jumpers, it again k8f and load the windows setup but still doesn’t recognise the HDD. As i understand, there is some driver or somehting that i need to load for the Sata drive, before the windows setup loads Sexually explicit or offensive language Spam: Promote cracked software, or other illegal content Offensive: The only other method is to slipstream the drivers into a custom disk for the install. The machine is now picking up the hard drive, but it sataa in a circle wanting to reload windows over and over.
