Troubleshooting Intel® RealSense™ Camera Driver Installation
I recommend you to try the drivers for the PC and check if that helps you fix the issue. System will install again the drivers like on picture but without “virtual” one. I have the latest drivers, Bios is upgraded to latest ver. The Depth device disappears. Click the arrow beside Universal Serial Bus Controllers.
It may affect the manufacturer’s warranty.

The system does not see the webcam Intel RealSense 3D (F200) after resume from sleep.
Did the DCM driver install correctly? Look under Imaging devices. Check the camera now. I have the same question Ryan Fra Replied on January 18, Uncheck “Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power”.
You can also right-click on the Depth node and select Update Driver Software. I tried many solutions include register mods, USB power settings etc.
